As part of the community role played by Amlak Real Estate Newspaper, represented by its Training and Development Department, the newspaper welcomed a new group of students from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University for training in various departments of the newspaper, through joint cooperation with Saudi universities. The newspaper has prepared a practical, academic, and professional program for the trainees, which is carried out according to a specific schedule and includes lectures and workshops held at the newspaper’s headquarters in Riyadh.

The practical training covers several areas, including public relations management, marketing, sales, and the planning and design of marketing campaigns, and all types of journalistic production. The newspaper is committed to sharing its expertise with student interns to develop them into professional talent capable of entering the job market with high confidence after gaining hands-on experience.

The training also focuses on building self-confidence, acquiring skills, and learning modern work methods—both in the field and in the office—under the supervision of professional staff, thereby preparing them to compete in the job market.

On this occasion, Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Issa, Editor-in-Chief, expressed his delight at this partnership with Saudi universities and the collaboration with them to develop national talent, noting that the newspaper’s management has established a special program for trainees as part of its social responsibility. Al-Issa noted that the newspaper’s policy is based on the principle of training and continuous learning, pointing out that the core lectures have been uploaded to YouTube for the benefit of all, so that they are accessible to the widest possible audience of students and those seeking professional development and training.

It is worth noting that the newspaper has welcomed a large number of male and female students from various Saudi universities, such as King Saud University, Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, Princess Noura University, the Technical College, and Prince Sultan University.
