With great international participation, Saudi Real Estate Company organized an advanced workshop to develop a future vision for Al Wasil project, which is located on Sulbukh Road in northwest Riyadh on an area of seven million square meters.

<The workshop, which lasted from mid to late March, hosted a group of experts, consultants and developers from different parts of the world, represented by the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom, in order to benefit from the diverse international experiences in the field of real estate development to ensure achieving great excellence in the identity of the project in proportion to its distinguished location and the ambitions of the Saudi Real Estate Company to apply the best and latest successful practices to be a smart neighborhood, environmentally friendly and renewable energy and open spaces aimed at providing a distinctive living environment for citizens and enterprises.
