Riyadh Real Estate Show 2026 concluded its 35th edition, which was held from February 11 to 14, 2026 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center. The current edition recorded that the value of projects and investment opportunities presented exceeded (24) billion riyals, with the participation of more than (85) exhibitors from real estate development companies, financing and investment entities, in addition to a growth in the number of participating developers by more than 15% compared to the previous edition.

The number of visitors <a href="https://amlak.net.Riyadh Real Estate Show reached more than (90) thousand visitors over four days, where exhibitors reviewed more than (20) thousand housing units within various projects that included residential products and multiple development plans, reflecting the diversity of supply in the real estate market.

The exhibition witnessed the signing of about (100) cooperation agreements and memorandums of understanding between developers, financing and investment entities, in the fields of development, financing and services related to the real estate sector.
