The Real Estate Development Fund announced today the deposit of one billion and 78 million riyals in the accounts of the beneficiaries of the housing support program from the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and the Real Estate Fund, for the month of February 2026.

He explained that the total support for February was allocated to support the profits of the contracts of various housing support programs; in an effort to empower beneficiaries and improve their ability to own housing, in order to achieve the objectives of the housing program, one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.The Fund confirmed that it continues to develop innovative financing solutions in cooperation with financing entities and real estate developers to facilitate the journey of ownership and expand the range of financing and housing options suitable for the needs of beneficiaries.

It is noteworthy that the Real Estate Development Fund provides the services of housing support programs through the electronic portal, in addition to the “Real Estate Advisor” service; to enable beneficiaries to design their housing support and obtain the best financing and housing recommendations.
