The Secretary-General of the Community Development Housing Foundation (Sakan) Rashid bin Mohammed Al-Jalajil, confirmed that the handover of ownership documents residential units to eligible beneficiary families in Jazan embodies a comprehensive national model for housing development, and embodies the significant humanitarian impact of the generous support provided by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Prime Minister—may God protect him—to enhance housing stability for eligible families across the Kingdom.

Al-Jalajel explained in a press statement following the handover of ownership documents residential units to the beneficiaries, that the implementation of the project in the Jazan region was carried out in accordance with the directives of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince —may God preserve him—to carry out such projects through national companies in a manner that ensures sustainability and enables eligible families to obtain suitable housing that provides family stability and quality of life, noting that the Foundation worked in partnership with government agencies and the nonprofit sector to assess beneficiary cases according to precise criteria that take into account actual need and housing sustainability.

He noted that the operational mechanism relied on the integration of roles among all parties to ensure the construction of high-quality housing units, in suitable locations that meet families’ needs, thereby contributing to a sustainable developmental impact that goes beyond simply providing housing to enhancing the social and economic stability of the beneficiaries.
