Real estate registration in 4 regions to be finalized today

The General Authority for Real Estate invites owners of 254,000 real estate plots to complete in-kind registration before March 12, 2026 in four regions

Public Authority for Real Estate announced that the deadline for the first in-kind registration of 254,155 pieces of real estate in the regions of Riyadh, Qassim, Makkah, and Hail has expired by the end of today, Thursday 23 Ramadan 1447 AH, corresponding to March 12, 2026 AD.

Names of neighborhoods in the Riyadh region
The Authority indicated that Real Estate Registration will end in 146 neighborhoods in the Riyadh region in a number of governorates, in Dharma governorate, registration will end in the following neighborhoods: (Exhibition Neighborhood, Al Andalus Neighborhood, Al Deira Neighborhood, Al Badea Al Gharbi Neighborhood, Al Huda Neighborhood, Tuwaiq Neighborhood, Al Aziziyah Neighborhood, Al Khuzama Neighborhood, Al Bateen Neighborhood, Al Rayyan Neighborhood, Al Montaza Neighborhood, Al Nakheel Neighborhood, Al Badea Al Sharqi Neighborhood, Spring Neighborhood, Al Yamama Neighborhood, Al Warud Neighborhood, Al Shoroud Neighborhood, Al Khalidiyah Neighborhood, Ruwafa Neighborhood, Al Arid Neighborhood, Al Nahda Neighborhood): (Al Dana neighborhood, Al Nuzha neighborhood, Belbekha industrial neighborhood, Belbekha old Deira neighborhood, Belbekha old Deira neighborhood, Huwaita old Deira neighborhood, Al Muhammadiyah neighborhood), and registration ends for the following neighborhoods in Al Kharj governorate: (parts of Farzan neighborhood, part of an open area neighborhood belonging to Al Suli municipality).

Names of neighborhoods in the Qassim region

Calling on owners to register quickly
The Authority called on owners of properties located within the scope of the neighborhoods to quickly register their properties through the Real Estate Registry platform https://rer.sa/ before the end of the registration period to benefit from the services of implementing real estate transactions and documenting all changes that occur to the property.<The Real Estate Registry will issue a "property number" and a title deed for each real estate unit that is registered. The new title deed includes the exact geographical location of the property, its owner's data, descriptions, status, rights and obligations, and all real estate transactions that occur on it; to be the basis for documenting ownership and the real estate rights resulting from it, which contributes to the sustainability and enhancement of the real estate sector and its main enablers.<The Authority emphasized that failure to register properties within the period specified in the announcement decision exposes their owners to the financial penalties contained in the Real Estate Registration System, which is determined by a specialized committee to consider violations, and that requests for real estate registration continue in all declared areas even after the end of the registration period specified in the announcement decision.
