Hail Region Development Authority announced the launch of a real estate brokerage opportunity, aimed at marketing and selling the Authority's developed lands, according to a number of requirements and criteria that must be met by real estate brokers wishing to apply, via the Authority's website.

The requirements include legal qualification and fulfilling the necessary licenses to practice the activity of real estate brokerage.In addition to a minimum of five years of experience in the field with a record of similar projects, noting that among the requirements is to provide an integrated management structure for the work team, including a project manager for real estate brokerage, a qualified sales team and digital marketing, in addition to a customer service team, to ensure that the work is carried out with high efficiency.<She stressed the importance of the applicants" marketing ability by preparing an integrated marketing plan that includes modern marketing strategies, digital advertising plans, the use of real estate platforms, social media campaigns and the organization of real estate events and exhibitions.

The requirements included the submission of a clear work plan for the sale of land, including the analysis of the real estate market in the region, identifying the target groups, the mechanism of pricing the lands and the expected timetable for sale in order to determine the sale targets, indicating the need to provide modern systems and technologies such as the availability of land reservation and completion of procedures electronically, the use of customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and submission of periodic reports on sales and marketing, calling on those interested to review the details and apply within the specified period.
