Riyadh Municipality has started implementing the engineering treatment of a number of vital intersections in the western and southern sectors, as part of its efforts to develop the road network and raise the efficiency of traffic in the capital.
The works include the intersection of Ali bin Shiban Street with Sufyan bin Al-Hakam Street in Al Awali neighborhood, as well as the intersection of Ibn Majah Road with Jabal Al-Rahma Street in Al Suli neighborhood.

The works aim to improve the performance of the intersection and organize traffic to enhance traffic flow, increase the efficiency of linking local roads and main axes in the area, support the safety of road users and improve the daily commuting experience for the residents of the neighborhood.

This treatment comes within the work of developing a number of intersections geometrically in the city of Riyadh, which relies on engineering solutions that contribute to reducing traffic congestion and raising the efficiency of the road network within the neighborhoods, in line with urban growth and enhancing the efficiency of transportation infrastructure in the capital.

Riyadh Municipality continues to implement engineering treatments in various neighborhoods of the city, supporting the targets of urban development and improving the quality of life, in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and the Municipality's vision that aims to build a prosperous and sustainable city that provides high-quality services to its residents.
