Riyadh Infrastructure Projects Center has issued the Service Entities Performance Report for February 2026, as part of its continuous efforts to follow up the implementation of <a href="https://amlak.net.The report reveals that 36,337 licenses have been issued since the beginning of the year, while the number of active licenses reached 9,526, reflecting the continued momentum in the implementation of projects and the expansion of their scope in a number of vital locations in Riyadh.<He explained that the length of roads affected by project work amounted to 783 kilometers, an indication of the size of the ongoing work to develop road networks, infrastructure and basic services in the region.
With regard to reports, the report recorded 49,488 reports since the beginning of the year, including 7,000 new reports during the month of February, where reports of existing water pools topped with 36%, followed by reports of subsidence with 27%, other reports with 32%, and reports of illegal digging with 5%. He pointed out that 16,000 licenses were issued for infrastructure during the month of February, as part of organizational efforts to enhance compliance with the approved requirements and standards.
The field teams detected a number of violations at project sites, most notably the lack of safety warning devices and failure to maintain the cleanliness of work sites, which calls for raising the level of compliance to ensure site safety and improve the quality of implementation.<The center stressed that the periodic reports contribute to enhancing transparency, providing accurate operational indicators that support decision-makers and raise the quality of implementation of infrastructure projects, which reflects positively on the urban landscape and quality of life in the Riyadh region.
