The Royal Commission for Makkah and Holy Sites has started implementing compensation procedures for property owners located within the path of the third ring road project, as part of its efforts to develop infrastructure and enhance the efficiency of the road network in the Holy Capital.

The Authority stated that the compensation includes the affected properties in the area of Al Maskhuta intersection, explaining that property No. (116) falls within the scope of the current phase of disbursement, with detailed maps showing the locations of the properties covered by the procedure.
The Authority invited property owners to submit compensation requests through the "Mamam" platform, by uploading inquiry requests and attaching the required documents electronically, to simplify procedures and speed up the pace of disbursement.
