The Abha Chamber of Commerce reviewed the promising investment opportunities for the real estate plans targeted to be launched during this year 2026, during a specialized workshop organized by the Chamber recently, in cooperation with the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and Asir Region Municipality, with the participation of a number of investors, entrepreneurs and real estate developers in the region.<The workshop focused on enhancing the attractiveness of the investment environment in the real estate sector in the Asir region, by highlighting promising opportunities and clarifying regulatory frameworks that contribute to raising market efficiency and stimulating private sector participation, thereby supporting local economic growth.<The workshop participants discussed the organizational pillars associated with the management and development of real estate assets, including the implementation of the Municipal Real Estate Disposal Regulation, which aims to enhance transparency and increase the efficiency of investment land allocation, as well as improve the governance of procedures associated with offering opportunities.<The workshop highlighted the quality investment opportunities in some governorates of Asir region, highlighting the geographical and developmental components that enhance the feasibility of investment in those locations and support the expansion of real estate and development activities in the region.
