Madinah Municipality has offered two investment opportunities for the construction, operation and maintenance of a commercial hotel building and a workers« housing complex, as part of its efforts to enhance the business environment and support the tourism and industrial sectors in Madinah.
The first opportunity includes the construction, operation and maintenance of a commercial hotel building in the Bani Muawiya neighborhood, at the intersection of King Abdulaziz Road and Prince Abdul Majid bin Abdulaziz Road, on an area of about 2,856. 62 square meters, with a contract term of 25 years, with a grace period of 30 months.The project is located in a strategic location a few minutes away from the Prophet's Mosque, and is connected to a vital axis connected to the central area, in addition to its location within a multi-activity urban area that witnesses a continuous movement of visitors and pilgrims throughout the year, which enhances the chances of achieving sustainable investment returns.
The second opportunity includes the construction, operation and maintenance of a workers» housing complex in the Warqan neighborhood, at the intersection of Ibrahim bin Abi Al-Yaman Road and Ibrahim bin Abdulmalik Al-Madhan Al-Barhan Road, on an area of about 10,600.26 square meters, with a contract period of 25 years, with a grace period of 30 months, the project aims to provide organized and safe housing solutions near factories and operational facilities, which contributes to improving the housing environment for workers and raising the efficiency of operation and sustainability of productive activities.The Municipality emphasized that offering these opportunities comes within its strategy to develop investment, enhance the quality of life, and support economic growth, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
The Municipality of Medina invited investors and interested parties to view the details of the investment opportunities and apply for them through the investment portal in Saudi cities "Opportunities".
