The Saudi Real Estate Development and Ownership Exhibition “SEREDO 2026“ continues today, Tuesday, the activities of its second day after it was launched yesterday, Monday, at Aldara Hall in Dammam, sponsored by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, with the participation of a wide range of government and private entities related to the real estate sector, in addition to the presence of a group of real estate developers, financing entities, experts and specialists in the fields of development and <a href="https://amlak. net.sa/102906/.Net.sa/102906/">real estate investment.

The fourth edition of Ceredo is a specialized platform that reviews the latest trends in the Kingdom's real estate market, highlights investment opportunities and quality projects, in addition to supporting direct communication between developers and beneficiaries, which contributes to enhancing the vitality and efficiency of the sector.<The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing's sponsorship and participation in the exhibition comes as an extension of its efforts to empower the real estate sector, support residential ownership programs, stimulate partnership with the private sector, and raise the quality of the real estate supply in order to achieve the objectives of the housing program - one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 - and enhance the sustainability of urban development in various regions of the Kingdom.

The exhibition will witness a number of dialogue sessions and specialized workshops that discuss real estate development, modern technologies in the sector, financing solutions and investment opportunities, reflecting the rapid development witnessed by the real estate sector in the Kingdom, as well as the rapid growth of the real estate sector in the Kingdom.
