NHC has revealed that four residential areas within Khiala in Jeddah have been fully populated: Dar Smo, Al Muhindiya, Sama Jeddah, and Garden View; a move that reflects the speed of completion and the confidence of customers in the quality of design and implementation.

The company announced the start of housing the fifth area “Mila Project” with the delivery of 150 housing units to customers, in addition to another 150 housing units ready and currently being coordinated for delivery, as the superstructure completion rate reached 93%. This step comes to confirm the company's commitment to rapid delivery and high efficiency, with a commitment to meet the aspirations of customers and develop integrated urban destinations that enhance the quality of life.

Infrastructure has achieved a remarkable progress of 98%, and all networks have been completed, including: Environmental services, water, irrigation, electricity and agriculture; ensuring an integrated product with distinctive specifications that meet the needs of residents.

NHC also announced the completion of all 5 parks in the destination, which enhances the vibrant character of the destination and provides integrated green spaces that support a healthy and sustainable lifestyle for residents.Spread over an area of more than 1.5 million square meters, Khiala is one of the most prominent urban destinations being developed by the company in the Makkah region, as part of its objectives to raise the quality of life and provide integrated communities, with more than 3,600 residential units with modern designs, a strategic location that connects it to the most important landmarks and main roads in Jeddah, as well as the integration of basic and service facilities, parks and gardens that give the destination a renewed vibrant character.

NHC also announced the completion of the construction of all 5 parks; enhancing the vital character of the destination and providing integrated green spaces that support a healthy and sustainable lifestyle for the residents.
