«Sakan» signs a tripartite agreement to launch the «Empowerment and Housing» initiative»

Tripartite agreement at INA 2026 to provide developmental housing solutions and economic empowerment for mobile traders and vulnerable groups.

The International Exhibition for the Nonprofit Sector “INA 2026“, held from 11 to 13 May at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, witnessed the signing of a tripartite agreement between ”Support and Empower the Mobile Trader", Skan, and Kafa'a for Operation and Maintenance Association, to launch the ”Tamkeen and Skeen“ initiative, which aims to promote housing stability and economic and social empowerment for beneficiary groups.<The agreement was signed by Her Royal Highness Princess Nujood bint Hathloul bin Abdulaziz, on the side of ”Support and Empowerment of the Mobile Merchant“, on the side of ”Sakan“ Secretary General Rashid bin Mohammed Al-Jalajel, and on the side of ”Efficiency for Operation and Maintenance“ Chairman Ahmed Al-Otaibi, in the presence of a number of specialists and those interested in the non-profit sector and community development and <a href=”https://amlak. net.sa/103547The initiative aims to provide developmental housing solutions by studying the social and housing cases of the beneficiaries, and providing housing programs and products that contribute to improving the quality of life and enhancing the stability of families, in support of the goals of sustainable social development.<The agreement includes the implementation of a number of developmental housing programs, most notably the Waad program, in partnership with relevant financing and development entities, within an integrated system aimed at supporting beneficiary groups and enhancing their housing stability.

Her Royal Highness Princess Nujood bint Hathloul bin Abdulaziz stressed that the initiative represents a model of integration between development and non-profit entities, noting that housing stability is a key enabler for the sustainability of the mobile trader's business, improving the quality of his life and that of his family, thus enhancing the impact of the initiative in empowering beneficiary groups economically and socially.
