Real estate registry work begins in 3 regions of the Kingdom June 7

The in-kind registration includes 58,531 real estate parcels in Qassim, Tabuk, and Madinah during the period from June 7 to September 10, 2026.

The Public Authority for Real Estate has announced the start of the Real Estate Registration for (58,531) pieces of real estate in Qassim, Tabuk and Medina, starting from Sunday, June 7, 2026, corresponding to 21 Dhul Hijjah 1447 AH, until the end of Thursday, September 10, 2026, corresponding to 28 Rabiul Awwal 1448 AH.

The General Authority for Real Estate announced the start of the Real Estate Registration.

Neighborhoods benefiting from the real estate registry
The Authority explained that the neighborhoods benefiting from the real estate registry at this stage in the Qassim region in Al-Rass Governorate are: (part of Al Narjis neighborhood, part of Granada neighborhood, part of Al Rayyan neighborhood), while registration in Dulaimiya governorate includes: (Al Iskan neighborhood, Al Nuzha neighborhood, Al Rawabi neighborhood, Al Majd neighborhood, Al Nakheel neighborhood, Al Manar neighborhood, Al Shifaa neighborhood, and Industrial neighborhood), and registration will start in a number of real estate plots in the governorate of Riyadh: (Riyadh al-Khubra).<In the Tabuk region, registration will start in the following neighborhoods in Amlaj governorate: (part of Al-Nasba neighborhood, part of Al-Muqrah neighborhood, part of Al-Sahel neighborhood, Al-Sameh neighborhood, Al-Rabea neighborhood, Al-Tahlia neighborhood, Al-Hawra neighborhood, Al-Marjan neighborhood, Al-Balad neighborhood, Al-Duqm neighborhood, Al-Qurus neighborhood, Al-Shifa neighborhood, Al-Fajiya neighborhood, Al-Batha'a neighborhood, Al-Murayhil neighborhood), while registration will start in the following neighborhoods in Haql governorate: (Al-Wasl neighborhood, South Al-Humaydah neighborhood, Umm Anam neighborhood, Al-Rayyan neighborhood, Al-Khuzama neighborhood, Al-Humaydah neighborhood, Al-Balad neighborhood, Al-Nahda neighborhood, and Al-Dhahra neighborhood), and registration begins in the following neighborhoods in Duba governorate: (Wadi Al Hasha neighborhood, Al Samada neighborhood, Ayana 2 neighborhood, Al Muqitaba neighborhood, Al Ghal neighborhood, Electricity Company neighborhood, C3 neighborhood, North Aramco neighborhood, Dhakan 1, Al Balad neighborhood, Dhakan 2, part of Granada neighborhood, Desalination neighborhood, part of Aramco neighborhood, Al Murooj neighborhood, part of Al Sajda neighborhood, Al Safar neighborhood, part of the Radio Transmission neighborhood, Ayana 1 neighborhood).

While registration will begin in the following neighborhoods in the Medina area: (part of Al Raya neighborhood, part of Al Ghababa neighborhood, part of Al Shuraybat neighborhood, part of Al Hadaqa neighborhood, part of Al Ranouna neighborhood, part of Al Jabra neighborhood, Jabal Ayr neighborhood, Al Warud neighborhood, part of Abu Buraiqa neighborhood, part of Al Hamra neighborhood, part of Abu Kabir neighborhood, part of Al Hamra neighborhood, part of Khakh neighborhood, part of Maasim neighborhood, part of Wadi Muhazim neighborhood, part of Wadi Mahzan neighborhood Al-Ahn, part of Wadi Mahzouz neighborhood, part of Al-Sharibat neighborhood, part of Al-Hamra neighborhood), indicating that the selection of neighborhoods was made according to specific criteria, and the rest of the regions, governorates and neighborhoods that will be subject to the real estate registration work in the various regions of the Kingdom will be announced accordingly in the coming periods.<The Real Estate Authority pointed out that the first registration of properties in these areas and neighborhoods will be available through the electronic real estate registry platform https://rer.sa, or through service centers, noting that in-kind registration requires the existence of a title deed that meets the statutory requirements to complete the registration process.<The Authority called on property owners in areas and neighborhoods subject to in-kind registration to verify the title deed of the property and the availability of the necessary requirements in preparation for the start of registration, and can inquire about the steps of registration through the official platforms of the Authority or by calling the Customer Service Center 199002.Starting from the date set for the start of registration, a "property number" and a title deed will be issued for each real estate unit that is registered, and the title deed will include property data, descriptions, condition, rights and obligations associated with accurate geospatial information to contribute to the enhancement of infrastructure and sustainability of the real estate sector, as the real estate registration system aims to raise real estate reliability and enhance transparency in the real estate sector.
