The General Authority for Real Estate explained the types of VAL real estate licenses that cover a number of different real estate activities, where the type of license varies according to the activity practiced by the individual or establishment. It shows the licenses assigned to each activity and the roles they provide in the real estate sector.

Types of Val Real Estate Licenses
1- Val Real Estate Brokerage and Marketing License
Allows the individual and establishment to practice brokerage and real estate marketing activities, in addition to issuing and publishing real estate advertising licenses, and is different from the real estate advertising license dedicated to advertising.

2- VAL Real Estate Consulting License
Allows an individual and establishment to provide recommendations, opinions and advice related to the real estate sector to beneficiaries, provided that the consultation contract is concluded between the licensee and the service student in a professional and organized manner.

3- VAL Property Management License
Allows an establishment to take over the financial and administrative management of the property on behalf of others.

Allows the establishment to practice the activity of managing the technical affairs of the property on behalf of a third party.

Allows an individual or organization to engage in real estate analytics and provide content to the public via media, social media platforms or similar means.

Allows the establishment to hold and organize real estate auctions within a licensed and regulated framework with the aim of reaching the highest possible value of the property in person or electronically.

Allows the licensee to practice brokerage and marketing, in addition to displaying licensed real estate advertisements in the electronic platform through technical linkage services with the Authority.
