New updates to the real estate brokerage platform clarify commissions and marketing fees before the contract is approved

The General Real Estate Authority, announced today, Wednesday, a new update to the Real Estate Brokerage Services Platform, consisting of the addition of a notification clarifying the brokerage commission and marketing fees for the contract approver (brokerage contracts with the owner). The Real Estate Authority explained that this service enables the owner to review and agree to pay the brokerage commission and marketing fees to the real estate broker, as an additional step before approving the contract.This update is part of the periodic updates to real estate brokerage, dated June 17, 2026.
