The Enforcement and Liquidation Center «Enfaaz» that it oversaw 42 real estate auctions held in various regions of the Kingdom from June 21 to 27, 2026, as part of its efforts to organize the liquidation and sale of real estate assets.
The Center explained that the real estate auctions resulted in the sale of more than 136 diverse real estate assets, with a total area exceeding 4 million square meters, while the total value of sales exceeded 207 million riyals.

The auction results confirmed continued momentum in the real estate market, as well as the role that auctions play in improving the efficiency of real estate asset disposal and enhancing investment opportunities by offering a diverse range of properties to investors across various regions of the Kingdom.
