Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Real Estate Authority Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, the General Real Estate Authority will host the Global Proptech Summit “Global Proptech Summit 2026” in its third edition, under the theme “The Age of Smart Systems – Scaling Intelligence,” from October 25–26, 2026, at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh.
The summit builds on the Kingdom’s leading role in developing the real estate sector and promoting the adoption of modern real estate technologies, and embodies the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 aimed at building a more innovative, sustainable, and attractive real estate sector for investment, as well as cementing the Kingdom’s position as a leading global hub for the real estate technology industry.

The summit will feature more than 200 speakers from 85 countries, along with more than 100 exhibitors, as well as more than 50 panel discussions and 40 specialized workshops showcasing the latest innovations and technological solutions shaping the future of the real estate sector.
