With an investment value of 87 million riyals, Dur Hospitality Company plans to develop the Courtyard Hotel and Residence Inn in Yanbu as the first phase of the agreement signed with Marriott International during the Arabian Hotel Investment Conference held in Dubai. Dur Hospitality will develop the hotel on a 7,467 square meter site.
