The Jazan Region Municipality , through the municipal investment portal “Fursah”, has offered an investment opportunity to establish, operate and maintain a health resort in the Al Ain Al Hara neighborhood in Al Ardah Governorate, on an area of 80,511 square meters, with a contract period of 25 years. The second of November has been set as the date for opening the envelopes, as part of efforts to invest in the natural and tourism assets in the region.
The hot spring is one of the well-known natural sites in Al-Ardah Governorate. It is characterized by its high-temperature waters and its natural surroundings near the Wadi Jazan Dam lake, which gives it the potential to be invested in developing an integrated tourist and recreational destination that takes into account health and environmental requirements and provides quality services to visitors.
An investment opportunity has been presented for the establishment of a health resort in Ain Al Hara, Al Ardah Governorate.
The opportunity offered through «Foras» extends for 25 years on an area of 80,511 square meters, and the envelopes will be opened on November 2nd.
