The Institute of Public Administration, represented by the Business Center, in collaboration with the General Real Estate Authority, represented by the Saudi Real Estate Institute, the Advanced Diploma in Real Estate Regulations and Legislation during the proceedings of Third Real Estate Brokerage Forum, in the presence of Yazid bin Muhammad Al-Khathlan, Director General of Business Development at the Institute of Public Administration, and Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, CEO of the General Real Estate Authority.
The launch of the diploma is part of specialized programs aimed at preparing and qualifying national professionals specializing in real estate regulations andreal estate legislation, in line with the legislative and regulatory developments taking place in the Kingdom’s real estate sector, and to enhance the readiness of national talent to contribute to supporting the regulatory environment and advancing professional practices.
The program responds to the rapid growth in the real estate sector and the accompanying legislative and regulatory developments that have created a growing need to train specialists who possess the knowledge and skills necessary to understand and apply real estate regulations and legislation, thereby contributing to enhanced compliance, improved quality of professional practices, and support for sustainable development in the sector.
The diploma program is conducted in Arabic over three training semesters, and is aimed at holders of a bachelor’s degree in related fields. It combines academic grounding with practical applications through specialized training content that keeps pace with the needs of the job market and the requirements of regulatory development.
The program aims to develop students’ knowledge and skills within the legal and regulatory framework of real estate in the Kingdom, including real rights, contracts, notarization, real property registration, and real estate appraisal, as well as the administrative and institutional aspects of real estate activity, alongside the legal regulation of real estate brokerage and investments, methods of resolving real estate disputes, legal drafting, and contemporary applications related to the real estate sector.
