The Enforcement and Liquidation Center “Enfaaz” announced that 46 real estate auctions will be held in various regions of the Kingdom from August 1 to 15, 2026, featuring 541 diverse real estate properties.
The Riyadh region topped the list of real estate auctions with 10 auctions, comprising 81 real estate assets, while the Makkah region came in second with 8 auctions, comprising 140 real estate assets, followed by the Eastern Province with 8 auctions, comprising 92 real estate properties, and then the Madinah region with 4 auctions, comprising 23 real estate properties.
Several auctions will be held in the rest of the Kingdom’s regions, including 3 auctions in the Al-Qassim region, 3 auctions in the Jazan region, and 2 auctions each in the Tabuk, Hail, Asir, and Al-Baha regions, in addition to one auction each in the Al-Jawf and Najran regions.
