His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Haqil, a contract for the collection and transportation of waste and sanitation services in Al-Qurayyat Governorate and its affiliated villages, for a period of five years, with a total value of (115,949,985) riyals, in a move that reflects the Ministry’s commitment to enhancing the efficiency of sanitation services and improving the quality of municipal services provided to residents and visitors.
For his part, the Mayor of Al-Jawf Region, Engineer Atef bin Muhammad Al-Sharaan, praised the unlimited support the region receives from the wise leadership—may God support them— expressing his thanks and appreciation to His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Al-Jawf Region, and to His Royal Highness Prince Mutaib bin Mishaal bin Badr bin Saud bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the region, for their ongoing follow-up and support of development projects in the region.
In the same context, the Mayor of Al-Qurayyat Governorate, Engineer Jamal bin Abduldaim Al-Balawi, explained that the project represents an important addition to the municipal work system in the governorate, noting its role in improving the urban landscape, enhancing the quality of life, and raising the standard of public cleanliness.
He emphasized the municipality’s commitment to closely monitoring the project’s implementation in accordance with the highest standards of quality and efficiency, thereby fulfilling the aspirations of residents and enhancing the level of satisfaction among beneficiaries in Al-Qurayyat Governorate and its affiliated villages.
