The Authority emphasized that the order in which applications are submitted does not affect eligibility priority, and that all applicants have equal opportunities during the registration period.
Application Requirements on the Al-Tawazun Real Estate Platform
The Authority clarified that applications for the second year are open to married citizens or those over the age of 25, provided they meet the eligibility requirements, foremost among which are having no prior real estate ownership and having resided in the city of Riyadh for at least three years.
The Authority also clarified that citizens who previously applied in the first year, were found eligible, but were not selected based on the results of the electronic lottery, do not need to reapply, as their data is already registered on the platform; It also clarified that those whose eligibility was not confirmed last year must reapply after fulfilling the necessary conditions.
The Authority emphasized that registration does not imply final acceptance, as all applications are subject to electronic verification in accordance with approved conditions and regulations. Following the close of the application period, the program’s stages include: eligibility verification, announcement of eligibility results, acceptance of appeals, conducting an electronic lottery for eligible applicants, and then completing the off-plan sales procedures in accordance with approved regulations.
The Authority urged those wishing to apply to rely exclusively on the electronic platform and the program’s official channels, and to avoid interacting with unverified links or accounts, emphasizing that the call center and beneficiary support channels are ready to provide assistance and answer all inquiries regarding the application process and program stages.
