The Royal Commission for Riyadh City continues to implement the royal directive regarding the second year of the Real Estate Balance Program, by offering new opportunities aimed at providing planned residential land to beneficiaries, in accordance with specific eligibility criteria.
The Real Estate Balance Program to provide between 10,000 and 40,000 residential land plots, provided that the land is developed and planned, while the price per square meter for beneficiaries is capped at 1,500 riyals.
The program’s mechanism also grants beneficiaries a period of up to 5 years, allowing them to take advantage of the residential land offered under the program.
Eligibility Criteria
The Royal Commission for Riyadh City has established a set of criteria for eligibility to purchase developed and planned residential plots under the Real Estate Balance Program.
Eligibility requirements include that the applicant must be a Saudi national and must be married or at least 25 years old.
The program also requires that the applicant have no prior real estate ownership and have resided in Riyadh for at least 3 years.
Application Period
The Royal Commission for Riyadh City announced that the application period will begin on Sunday, August 16, 2026, and continue through Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
Applications are submitted via the Real Estate Balance platform through its website.
Published data also showed that the program is titled «Renewed Opportunities for Sustainable Balance,» emphasizing the continued implementation of the royal directive regarding the second year of the Real Estate Balance Program.
