Riyadh Holding, the investment and executive arm of the Riyadh Municipality, announced the launch of the “Saha Al-Wurood” project, a new destination in the Al-Wurood neighborhood in Riyadh, as part of its efforts to develop community destinations that enhance quality of life, elevate the experience of the area, and provide more effective and sustainable urban environments.

The project spans an area of approximately 68,000 square meters and includes commercial and recreational facilities, parks, and open spaces, as well as walking and biking trails, offering diverse options for residents and visitors while helping to revitalize neighborhood life and improve mobility and connectivity within the area.
Riyadh Holding’s development of Al-Wurood Square is an extension of the initiative of the Riyadh Municipality to redefine the role of public spaces in accordance with modern urban planning concepts that balance urban development with community needs, and contribute to creating more sustainable and people-centered environments.
