The the Madinah Region Secretariat has announced an investment opportunity to build, operate, and maintain a warehouse complex in the Abu Marakha neighborhood, as part of its efforts to enhance service efficiency, support the growth of companies and factories, and foster investment in the logistics sector. The the investment opportunity is located on Salma bint Jaber Road, with a total area of (17,338.35) square meters and an investment contract term of up to (20) years, with a grace period of 19 months.
The Secretariat invited investors interested in reviewing the details and requirements of the opportunity to apply through the “Opportunities” investment portal for Saudi cities “Fursat,” as part of its efforts to promote private sector participation, invest municipal assets, and offer high-quality opportunities that support economic development, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
