Submitted The Roshen Group, in partnership with the Taramim Association, handed over a number of homes to eligible beneficiary families as part of the “Roshen Group Restoration Initiative,” now in its third year.
The initiative saw the handover of homes after the completion of their restoration, renovation, and furnishing in Riyadh, Al-Ahsa Governorate, and Jeddah; in a move that embodies both parties’ commitment to providing safe and dignified living environments for the most needy families, thereby directly contributing to improving quality of life and strengthening family stability.
This phase builds on a success story that began in 2023, as the initiative has seen rapid expansion in its geographic coverage from 9 regions in its first edition to 13 regions across the Kingdom in 2026, reflecting the initiative’s growing impact and expanding reach to benefit a larger number of families.
Renovation, Rehabilitation, and Furnishing of 100 Homes
In its third edition, the initiative aimed to to renovate, rehabilitate, and furnish 100 homes, bringing the total number of homes covered by the initiative since its launch to 300, benefiting more than 1,806 recipients across various regions of the Kingdom. In addition to home restoration, the initiative’s work includes comprehensive maintenance and furnishing to create safe and stable living environments that enhance the quality of life for beneficiary families.
The third edition of the initiative saw the continued handover of homes in a number of regions across the Kingdom. One of the homes was handed over in Al-Ahsa Governorate, while another home was handed over in Riyadh. In Jeddah, the last of this year’s renovated homes was handed over in the presence of representatives from the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, as well as leaders from the Roshen Group and the Tarmeem Association, following the completion of renovation, rehabilitation, and furnishing work, underscoring the importance of development partnerships that contribute to providing safe and dignified living environments and enhance the quality of life for beneficiary families.
During its first and second editions, the initiative successfully restored and rehabilitated 200 homes, benefiting more than 1,289 recipients, with the participation of more than 900 volunteers who contributed over 7,000 volunteer hours. The third edition, held in 2026, also achieved a tangible impact by serving 517 beneficiaries, with the participation of 527 volunteers who contributed 4,216 volunteer hours—a testament to the initiative’s continued success and a leading model of social responsibility and sustainable development across the Kingdom.
