The Jazan Region Municipality , through the municipal investment portal «Fursah», has offered an investment opportunity to develop Plan No. "520" in King Abdullah Suburb in Jazan City, on an area of 649,886 square meters, with a contract period of up to 24 months, as part of efforts to develop infrastructure and enhance urban development in the region.
The investment opportunity includes implementing road network leveling works within the plan and linking it to the surrounding roads, in addition to implementing electricity and lighting networks, and a rainwater and flood drainage network and linking it to the main networks; thus raising the site’s readiness for development and investment.
The opportunity is located within King Abdullah Suburb, which is an integrated residential project north of Jizan city, and upon completion aims to provide about 40,000 residential plots, within an urban environment that includes residential and investment areas and service centers, in addition to various facilities.
The suburb witnessed the implementation of successive phases of infrastructure works, including roads, paving, sidewalks, lighting, services and support facilities, in addition to the implementation of housing projects and the handover of units to beneficiaries.
The Secretariat has set October 19 as the deadline for purchasing the terms and conditions booklet and the date for opening the envelopes, inviting investors to review the details of the opportunity and its requirements through the “Opportunities” portal.
