The Asir Region Secretariat, represented by its investment pavilion, “Qamim al-Saraya,” has presented a number of investment opportunities in vital locations in Abha, Khamis Mushayth, and Jarjan al-Sha’b, with total areas amounting to approximately (105,680) square meters, with its activities ranging between commercial, tourism, hospitality, entertainment, residential, and service sectors, thereby enhancing the participation of the private sector in developing and investing in the promising assets and locations in the region.
The opportunities offered through the “Fares” platform of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing include sites with varying sizes suitable for a variety of activities and projects, with long-term investment contracts ranging from (25) years, allowing investors to develop sustainable projects and take advantage of the economic, tourism, and urban infrastructure that the Asir region possesses.
Residential, tourism and recreational activities
One of the most prominent opportunities is a site on the Abha – Khamis Mushayb road with an area of (18,694.46) square meters, which offers a number of investment uses, including tourism, commercial, residential, recreational, and resort activities, as well as a site in the Press neighborhood with an area of (3,326) square meters dedicated to the construction, operation, and maintenance of a commercial complex.
The available opportunities also include land adjacent to Andalusia Park with an area of (13,660) square meters, which allows the construction of a hotel and exhibition project, in addition to land in the Mansak neighborhood with an area of (26,324) square meters, for the construction of a multipurpose project that combines recreational, commercial, and residential activities, in addition to a commercial complex.

In Khamis Mushayt governorate, the opportunities included land in the Rahawi neighborhood with an area of (1,802) meters, allocated for the establishment, operation, and maintenance of a commercial complex, in addition to three investment plots in the neighborhood with a total area of (4,497.3) meters, expanding the range of opportunities available to investors in commercial and service activities in the governorate.
The opportunities extended to the southern province of Zahran, through the launch of a multipurpose site with an area of (5,000) square meters, which allows the establishment of a car service center and a commercial complex, contributing to diversifying the investment activities and services provided in the province.
