The Ministry of Housing is implementing a number of housing projects in the Hail region, including housing units and developed lands implemented by the Ministry of Housing in the Hail region. The Hail City project includes 1044 residential villas, in addition to 720 developed land plots, where the actual completion rate of the project reached 89%, while the number of housing units in Al-Shanan Governorate is 111 housing units and 950 developed lands and the entire housing units project and its infrastructure have been completed and the actual completion rate of this project is 87%,

This came during the reception of His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Emir of Hail Region. Abdulmohsen Al-Mutair, who presented a report on the activities of the Ministry of Housing in Hail, where the report contained other projects under design for the governorates of the region and the land of Dahiya (former Ministry of Defense land), stressing that the number of developed lands is 11678 developed lands, and briefed His Highness on the grant lands that were received from the regional secretariat in Hail and prepared for distribution to the beneficiaries and the number of them in the first phase more than 4500 land plots.

In the field of relationship with real estate developers, His Highness was briefed on the agreements signed by the Ministry with real estate developers in Hail, including two agreements with "Rakka Real Estate" and "Arak Arabia" to establish 1394 housing units; in both the Fajr plan and the Corniche plan in Hail.

At the end of the presentation, the Director of the Ministry of Housing Branch in Hail discussed the close cooperation with the government departments of the region, which contributed to accelerating the delivery of services to the Ministry of Housing projects in the region.
