The Qassim Region Municipality delivered 200 housing units in the Qassim region during the third quarter of this year, as part of developmental housing efforts, and in cooperation with relevant charitable associations, which contributes to enabling beneficiary families to obtain suitable housing, enhancing family and social stability, and creating a residential environment that supports quality of life.
The official spokesperson for the Qassim Region Municipality, Naif Al-Nafie, explained that these efforts come as an extension of the municipality’s role in supporting development initiatives and enhancing integration with the non-profit sector and charitable associations to achieve a sustainable impact that addresses the needs of beneficiary families and translates development goals into tangible achievements on the ground.
Al-Nafie explained that developmental housing is not limited to providing a housing unit only, but its impact extends to building family stability and giving beneficiary families an opportunity to move towards a more stable and secure future, stressing that the partnership with charitable associations represents an important pillar in reaching beneficiaries and enhancing the efficiency of housing initiatives and achieving their humanitarian and social goals.
