The two agencies clarified that registration to benefit from housing support is conducted through the «Sakani» platform in accordance with approved procedures and regulations, while the procedures for beneficiaries covered by developmental housing services are completed through the relevant official channels, in coordination with partner government agencies and civil society organizations, in accordance with eligibility criteria, priority standards, and the availability of suitable housing solutions.
They emphasized that registration and eligibility review do not require the use of intermediaries or the payment of any sums to individuals or accounts via social media platforms, emphasizing that any unofficial entity claiming the ability to expedite allocation procedures or grant beneficiaries priority outside the approved frameworks and regulations does not have such authority.
Allocation is subject to regulations
The Developmental Housing and Community Participation Agency that beneficiaries« applications are reviewed and processed in accordance with approved regulations and criteria, ensuring that each application is handled through its designated official channel.
At the same time, the private Developmental Housing Foundation »Sakan," in collaboration with partner civil society organizations, continues to support efforts aimed at providing housing solutions for beneficiary families.
The Agency and the Foundation emphasized that eligibility and allocation are subject to approved criteria and regulations as well as the availability of housing solutions, and that seeking the assistance of any unofficial party or making financial payments to such parties does not grant the beneficiary any additional priority, nor does it affect the application review process or allocation procedures.
Warning Against Sharing Data
The two entities urged beneficiaries to safeguard their personal data and application information and not to share it with untrusted accounts or entities, and to rely on official platforms and accounts to obtain information regarding eligibility, procedures, and housing services.
