The Ministry of Housing, represented by the Landlords" Union, in cooperation with the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs (Riyadh Municipality), announced its intention to begin establishing a landlords" union for the Taiba markets in the city of Riyadh, In a circular, the Ministry indicated its intention to conduct a census of commercial stores and real estate units in the market.

The Ministry of Housing clarified that it will be responsible for overseeing the union’s registration procedures. In this context, the Ministry invited owners to visit the website mullalk.housing.sa and complete the required information—including the owner’s name, mobile phone number, a copy of the original deed, a copy of the property owner’s ID, and copies of the electricity and water bills—within 30 days of the circular’s issuance.
