For the third time in a row, Commerce wins three e-government awards

Three projects of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment succeeded in winning three awards at the fourth edition of the e-Government Achievement Award, organized by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), for the services of the Commercial Register 180 seconds, electronic community participation, and the Unified Monitor application, making the Ministry the first government entity to win three projects in the same cycle for two consecutive times.

The Achievement Award, presented by Yesser, aims to honor innovative government projects that have contributed to making a qualitative leap in the implementation of e-transactions in the Kingdom and serving beneficiaries in various fields.

It is worth mentioning that the Ministry of Commerce and Investment is constantly seeking to develop its e-services by launching several services such as: Issuing company incorporation contracts electronically, e-censorship, issuing certificates of origin electronically, e-discount licensing services and other achievements that have been implemented with the highest international quality standards.

The ministry is also currently working on several new packages to be offered electronically, most notably new services for the electronic company registry in line with the new system for companies, the application of the ministry's electronic services on smart devices and other e-services.
