The exhibition serves as a major platform for showcasing the latest developments and projects in the real estate sector, and features specialized programs and conferences aimed at addressing the most significant challenges facing the real estate market, whether from the perspective of investors or exhibitors, who have been allocated 41,000 square meters of exhibition space.

For their part, participating entities have completed their preparations for this global event, which is expected to attract more than 300 regional and international exhibitors to showcase their latest real estate projects and achievements across an area of Meanwhile, the Bahraini real estate sector is showcasing the integrated and self-contained city project ’Diyar Al Muharraq,‘ which consists of 7 islands, and the ’Bahrain Bay‘ waterfront project, with a cost of up to 2.5 billion US dollars, to major investors from around the world during its participation in Cityscape Global, The project’s appeal is further enhanced by reports revealing increased demand for the Bahraini real estate sector amid expansions in the Kingdom’s construction and tourism industries.

Azerbaijan Projects Attract Investors
Among the international projects seeking to attract attention at the exhibition is a new project in the Azerbaijani capital, Baku, which includes villas, apartments, cafes, restaurants, and retail stores, as well as numerous facilities such as an international school, a world-class golf course with an educational academy, training areas, and fitness centers.
The developers of "Dreamland Country & Life" hope that the project’s location—situated in one of the country’s most environmentally pristine areas, a three-hour flight from Dubai—will attract investors from the Gulf states and golf enthusiasts.
