Under the patronage of the Emir of Tabuk: King Abdullah's Parents Foundation's developmental housing project opens in Amlaj”

Prince Fahd bin Sultan, Governor of Tabuk, inaugurated the King Abdullah Parental Foundation for Developmental Housing project in Amlaj Governorate, in the presence of the Chairman of the Foundation's Board of Directors Prince Mansour bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Housing Dr. Shuwaish Al-Duwaihi, and the Secretary General of the Foundation Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al-Arjani.

The housing benefits about 600 citizens, through 74 housing units, whose allocation documents and keys were handed over to the beneficiaries of the housing in the project, which cost 30 million riyals.
After the opening ceremony and handing over the allocation documents and house keys to some of the 600 beneficiaries, the Emir of Tabuk Region said: “It is a great honor to be present on behalf of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to inaugurate this humanitarian project, which includes families who will live in decent housing. At the same time, we pray to God to succeed the father of all, the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, and to succeed my brother Prince Mansour, Chairman of the King Abdullah Foundation for his Parents, and God help them in this great humanitarian work.”

The Emir of Tabuk added: “It is not strange for the King of Humanity who issues good news after good news for Saudi citizens in general with regard to housing, and perhaps the latest royal orders related to housing, which there is no male or female citizen who does not pray to God Almighty and the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for this honor.” He said: “There is no doubt that this noble humanitarian work and this foundation, which is actually not the foundation of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his parents, but his parents and our parents, all of us, and all of us are the children of Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and pray to God, and to protect this country and its people and help them in good and pious deeds and maintain its security and stability
. For his part, Dr. Al Arjani stated that the developmental housing project comes within the system implemented by the Foundation, 16 projects in various regions of the Kingdom, adding that the houses are fully equipped and furnished, with modern and economical designs, and accept expansion to meet the future needs of the residents and suit the surrounding environmental and climatic conditions. He added that the project includes a number of facilities such as a mosque, a social cultural center, a training and rehabilitation center, and an administrative center, and sites have been allocated for the construction of other service projects such as a health center, schools for boys and girls, gardens and parks, as well as all basic services such as water, electricity, sewage, road networks and lighting.

On the other hand, the Emir of Tabuk inaugurated development projects in Amlaj governorate, including laying the foundation stone for new municipal projects worth 159 million riyals, and listened to an explanation from the mayor of Amlaj, Engineer Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Atawi about these projects.
