The statistics indicate that the Hajj season and Eid al-Adha holiday brought economic activity to more than 650 commercial and tourist facilities.

Tourism specialists pointed out that this year's summer and Hajj seasons were the most positive for investors in the Huda Tourism Center in particular, and investors in Taif Governorate in general, due to the intensity of operation of all services, and the large bookings achieved by resorts, hotels and tourist villas over the past three months. In turn, the efforts of the Ministry of Transport in expanding and developing the entrance to Wadi Muharram on the Huda-Makkah road contributed to facilitating the flow of pilgrims to the Miqat Mosque, after the current entrance became three lanes, with the road equipped with all the required safety means and accompanied by improving the exit of the Miqat by making ground paints and cooling combs, which enhanced the movement of vehicles, thus benefiting all commercial facilities surrounding the Miqat site before, during and after the season.
