Through two offices, Saudi Airlines has enhanced its services for pilgrims to the Sacred House of God in the Holy City, where it has worked to increase its staff and expand its operational capabilities. The first office is located next to the Sacred Mosque, and the second is in the Al-Shuhada neighborhood of Al-Zahir—which serves as the main office in Makkah—to provide all services to the guests of the Most Merciful, and to coordinate and cooperate with all relevant authorities to achieve the highest and best performance levels in implementing “Saudi Airlines”" plan for this year’s Hajj season, particularly by facilitating the group departure procedures for return flights following the completion of the Hajj rituals.

The »Saudi Airlines“ office in the central district, next to the Sacred Mosque, operates seven days a week—including Friday and Saturday—in two shifts, morning and evening, from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., while the Al-Shuhada Office operates from Sunday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., in accordance with directives from the Director General of Saudi Airlines to continue serving guests until the very last guest on the waiting list has been fully assisted—as a gesture of care and appreciation from ”Saudi Airlines" for the pilgrims to the Sacred House of Allah, so that they may devote themselves to performing their rituals with ease and convenience.Saudi Airlines provides everything necessary to ensure the swift completion of travel procedures for the guests of the Most Merciful and to offer all services, including reservations, ticket purchases, boarding pass issuance, and other services. A sufficient number of qualified Saudi staff has been allocated, and their numbers have been doubled this year to better serve the pilgrims. In addition, the sales offices in Makkah have been equipped with all necessary operational resources, automated systems, and self-service kiosks, along with comfortable waiting areas for customers, In addition, a special office for the Emergency Committee has been set up at the Martyrs" Office, which is operational around the clock and will be activated, God forbid, in case of necessity or should any disruption occur in the operational process, with the participation of all entities involved in Hajj operations, in addition to the on-site presence of senior leaders and department heads to ensure the quality of services provided to the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God.

This year, the “Saudi” branch in Mecca is providing a number of new and distinctive services to its guests, the pilgrims to the Sacred House of God. Among the most notable is the advance baggage check-in service for pilgrims from India, Indonesia, and Malaysia, available well in advance of their departure date, serving a total of (180,000) pilgrims. This ensures that pilgrims can focus on performing the rituals and avoids the hardship of carrying luggage to the airport, through two collection points in Al-Aziziyah and Al-Takhasusi, where the luggage is transported first, before the pilgrims’ arrival, at specified times to avoid any delays or congestion in the departure halls. In addition, staff have been assigned to work around the clock in three shifts daily, whose primary task is to precisely manage the flow of pilgrims by coordinating with Saudi Airlines operations at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah to ensure pilgrims arrive on time for their scheduled flights. This prevents crowding when pilgrims arrive too early before their flight times and avoids flight delays caused by guests arriving at the airport late.
