ASAS Trans Gulf Real Estate Investment Company has recently signed an agreement for the final engineering and consulting studies for its tower project in Al Khobar in the Eastern Province, the agreement was signed during Cityscape Jeddah 2013.
The project consists of a multi-storey office building and commercial galleries in a distinctive location on the waterfront in Al-Khobar, and the agreement was signed by the CEO of ASAS Trans Gulf, Dr. Engineer Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Mana, and the design took into account the unique architectural touches that the consultant excelled in embodying and the design was admired and appreciated by those interested in real estate and engineering affairs.
The strategy of ASAS Trans-Gulf is based on the real estate industry through joint cooperation with international companies specialized in this field to upgrade building styles through friction with different cultures, which reflects the broadening of horizons in the field of urban design and the search for engineering solutions and formulas that suit all levels in accordance with the style of living as well as supporting the model of smart environmentally friendly buildings.
