The exhibition attracts a large number of product suppliers from the air conditioning, flooring, doors and windows, furniture, and cleaning equipment sectors, as well as manufacturers of elevators and lighting systems. It is the only exhibition in the Middle East dedicated to facilities management.

Experts estimate that real estate and building owners in the Gulf region are seeking to upgrade their facilities management and building maintenance sectors due to intense competition and the introduction of new technologies in this field, The sector’s market size in the region is expected to reach approximately $10 billion over the next two years.
