The Real Estate Contributions Committee at the Ministry of Commerce and Investment announced that a plot of land measuring approximately 248,300 square meters, located north of Jeddah near the Durat Al-Arous Resort, is being offered for direct sale, The committee noted that the land is located 30 km from King Abdullah Sports City (“Al-Jawhara Stadium”).

In a statement issued yesterday, Wednesday, the committee explained that the land is flat, 687 meters long, and has an area of approximately 248,300 square meters, noting that it is zoned for residential use and approved by the Jeddah Municipal Authority. The committee required prospective buyers to submit a purchase offer addressed to the committee’s secretary-general within 60 days, specifying the price per square meter, the area, and the total value, and to attach an original check for 5% of the total value. The committee noted that the deadline for receiving offers is Sunday, March 12, 2017.
