As part of its strategic plans for real estate valuation management, Basma Real Estate Management signed a real estate appraisal and valuation contract with Saudi Telecom Company (stc) to conduct real estate appraisals and valuations of the sites it leases.
The contract requires Basma to determine the fair market value of the sites that stc intends to lease for kiosks, self-service locations, and offices up to 100 square meters in size, as well as sites the company intends to lease or sublease, and to assess and appraise the buildings in terms of their current asset value and fair and reasonable rental value, and conducting studies of the company’s land and buildings to identify and find the best alternatives for investing in them in accordance with the best and highest use permitted in the property’s area.
The contract was signed by Khalid Al-Mubayd, General Manager of Basma Real Estate Management, and Faisal Al-Hammad, Director of Real Estate and Investment at Saudi Telecom Company, Al-Mubayyad explained that Saudi Telecom Company’s selection of Basma is part of the strategy of the Real Estate Valuation Department, which operates through a team trained and qualified in real estate valuation services, Basma Real Estate Management has taken it upon itself to provide professional services that meet the needs of major companies, and this accreditation further enhances the company’s pride and appreciation for the trust placed in it.
