With the participation of 270 exhibitors from 55 countries at the regional and global levels, the 9th edition of the Riyadh Travel Show 2017 kicks off tomorrow, Friday, This prominent international event will take place at the Al Faisaliah Hotel in Riyadh from April 7–10, 2017.
The event will welcome leading travel industry figures, government officials, tour operators, and other stakeholders in the field, with an expected 30,000 visitors, The 2017 edition is the largest ever, with an increase in the number of exhibitors and the participation of numerous national pavilions, as well as a 10% increase in exhibition floor space compared to 2016.
For his part, Bandar Al-Quraini, General Manager of Asas Exhibition and Conference Organizers, said: “The Riyadh Travel Show 2017 will be an exceptional event par excellence, which will reinforce our position as one of the leading exhibitions in the Kingdom’s travel and tourism sectors.” He noted during his remarks the year-over-year growth, as evidenced by the 246 exhibitors and 25,724 visitors last year, and noting that they are fully prepared to welcome more than 30,000 visitors and 270 exhibitors this year.
The Riyadh Travel Show 2017 provides an open platform for professionals and the general public, allowing them to interact directly with various tourism organizations. Hotels, airlines, and travel agencies from around the world will be present, and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries will have a strong presence during the event.
