All preparations have been completed for the launch of the Riyadh Real Estate and Urban Development Exhibition ”Restatex 2017”Under the patronage of Minister of Housing Majid Al-Hogail, the event will take place from April 23–26, 2017, at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center, with the participation of the real estate newspaper Amlak and a large turnout of dozens of national and international companies and institutions.

The Restatex exhibition is considered the most important annual real estate event, featuring several new offerings for real estate and housing projects, as well as financing programs for the purchase of residential units and developer financing, as is customary every year, with national, regional, and international participation. The Kingdom’s Housing Forum is also held on the sidelines of the exhibition.

It is worth noting that the Riyadh Real Estate and Urban Development Exhibition in 1998 was launched in a ballroom at a hotel in Riyadh—as the first exhibition specializing in the Saudi real estate sector and the first of its kind in the Gulf region.
