The “2017 International Real Estate and Investment Forum” concluded on April 2–4 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center, under the patronage of Amlak Real Estate Newspaper, with broad participation from major investors, local and international real estate companies and institutions, a select group of real estate developers, consultants, and brokers, as well as thousands of visitors, all aiming to promote real estate investment opportunities and freehold ownership of various types of real estate units.

The forum’s events were launched under the gracious patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, with the participation of official delegations from more than 140 countries around the world.

The exhibition is being held at a time when the latest investment reports indicate expectations of continued growth in the real estate sector, despite the challenges it faces this year due to certain internal and external factors.

The forum is a leading global platform that provides significant investment opportunities for investors, buyers, and key players in the real estate sector in the UAE, the Middle East, and many countries around the world, as it facilitates the buying and selling of both local and international real estate properties.
