The Real Estate Contributions Department at the General Court in Riyadh recently issued several rulings in the cases of the contributions of the Al-Aziziyah overlook north of Mahbas Al-Jinn in Makkah, which has been stalled for 7 years.

The rulings issued by the department included the seizure of the property with expedited enforcement in order to preserve the rights of the shareholders, in addition to selling the land located in Mecca, the subject of the contribution, whose market value is estimated at 700 million riyals, and appointing a liquidator for this contribution.

The Ministry of Justice confirmed that the contribution is unauthorized and in violation of Cabinet Decisions No. 220 on 22 Shaaban 1426 AH and No. 274 on 19 Jumada I 1432 AH.

The Ministry of Justice confirmed that the contribution is unauthorized and in violation of Cabinet Decisions No. 220 on 22 Shaaban 1426 AH and No. 274 on 19 Jumada I 1432 AH. <Since the launch of the department's work in Rajab 1437 AH by a decision of the Minister of Justice, Dr. Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani, It has completed 83 cases of stalled real estate contributions, and receives great attention from the Ministry of Justice and the Supreme Judicial Council, in light of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques - may God protect him - especially after the issuance of the Cabinet decision dated Rajab 6, 1438 AH, amending Cabinet Decision No. (274) dated 15 Ramadan 1432 AH, which includes “The Supreme Judicial Council allocates judges in general courts, appeal courts and enforcement courts or some of them as needed, and assigns them - when necessary - to work outside official working hours in order to expedite the resolution of cases related to real estate contributions.”

<The Contributions Department has been looking into 245 contribution cases since it started its work in Rajab 1437 and has completed 83 contribution cases so far.
