Wasl Asset Management Group in Dubai has unveiled its new project in the Warsan area of Dubai, which includes 26 resort-style buildings to be constructed on a 160,000-square-foot site. The project will be dedicated to hospitality employees.

The project will provide 3,866 residential units with a total area of 2.6 million square feet and is scheduled for full completion in October 2020. The units include a number of categories, including 3,380 shared rooms, 360 studio units, and 126 one-bedroom apartments, making this project a specialized destination for hospitality employees.

The company noted that this project is part of the preparations for “Expo 2020 Dubai,” as it aims to provide suitable accommodations for hospitality workers in the emirate, and will be easily accessible from many of the new hotels currently under development to meet the requirements of “Expo”.
